Anibal Perea is a mental health coach, author, and creative whose work focuses on helping people overcome intrusive thoughts and find peace in the everyday hustle of life. Drawing from lived experience, mindfulness practices, and years of personal study, Anibal guides individuals toward clarity, inner stillness, and emotional resilience without relying on clinical language or labels.

After navigating his own journey through anxiety, intrusive thinking, and spiritual awakening, Anibal committed his life to helping others break free from mental noise and fear. His coaching approach is practical, compassionate, and direct — centered on building awareness, restoring confidence, and reconnecting people with their true selves.

Before coaching and writing, Anibal spent over thirteen years writing and recording music as a rapper, creating work known for its honesty, vulnerability, and depth. While music remains an important creative outlet, it now serves as a secondary extension of the same mission: transformation, self-mastery, and peace.

Outside of his professional work, Anibal enjoys exercising, studying personal development, and spending time with his family. He is married to his wife, Jessica, and together they raise their daughter, Camila.

Anibal is also a Board Certified Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Coaches (IBCC).
